What you’ll be doing:

As CoE Contract Management Governance and Assurance, you will be in charge of:

– Being responsible for the activities that drive Major Contract Governance and Assurance, including related controls and compliance reporting
– Being accountable for ensuring that the contract management community understand their role in the in-life management of the contract reporting systems – specifically ensuring the ongoing appropriate utilisation and quality of content of contract governance reporting to adhere to the compliance requirements
– Providing training sessions/workshops/1:1 for the contract management community to include the use and best practice of all the contract reporting systems
– Assisting with the Audit and reporting requirements of Contract Assurance with regard to Risk, Obligations and Contract Reviews
– Validating and approving system access requests via the Manage User Identity process
-Maintaining the Contract Governance Reporting Moves and Changes log – updating with new contracts, exclusions and ceases as required
– Maintaining and developing a strong relationship with the contract management community
– Providing a common point for the information sharing of best practice and its utilisation, also ensuring a standard and consistent approach is maintained

– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
– Exceptional customer relationship/people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels, both externally and internally

Professional skills:

– Knowledge in the discipline of Contract Management, Contract Governance and Relationship Management
– Experience gained in working and relating to all levels across the Contract Management arena with a proven track record
– Ability to provide leadership/guidance and communicate direction is an advantage
– Excel knowledge (Pivot)

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level is a must
