For our multinational client who provides various IT services, we are looking for new candidates to a Invoice to Pay Finance Associate – French Speaking position.

What you’ll be doing:

As Invoice to Pay Senior Finance Associate – France, you will be in charge of:

– Supplier invoice related issue resolution – you will handle the incoming queries from the suppliers and business users via e-mail, working from functional mailboxes
– Rejection of invoices towards the suppliers – you will decide whether the rejection requested by the invoice processing team is valid or not. In case it is, you need to inform the supplier, if it’s not you need to provide the necessary information to the invoice processing team
– Credit-note clean-up – you have to ask for reimbursement for the outstanding credit notes from the suppliers or if possible to arrange the correct debit invoice booking so the credit notes can be deducted or allocated
– Cash management – your task will be to allocate incoming payments, direct debits in the system
– Balance sheet open item follow-up – you need to take the necessary actions in order to clear the suspense account
– Audit support – you will provide evidences for audit such as invoice images, business expense claims, screenshots or explanation if needed

What you need to have:

Soft skills:

– Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
– Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
– Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
– The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
– Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
– Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
– Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

Professional skills:

– BA/BSc degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics is an advantage
– Minimum 1 year experience in Finance or in similar field
– Proficiency in typewriting

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level
– French on a fluent level
