HR Business Partner (PE-10374)

We are looking for our newest team member.
If you want to join us, your responsibilities will be:

– Ensure legality and alignment with the company’s regulations
– Support the managers and associates regarding the company’s worldwide HR processes, (to run the processes in time, on the required level)
– To make it sure that the organization has competent associates with the required knowledge, education, competences, experiences
– Interviewing candidates and support the hiring managers
– Participating in recruitment events
– Responsible for identifying, winning, and promoting internal and external talents
– Support business strategy from HR side
– Preparation of HR administration
– Strengthening Employee Engagement & Retention
– Provide update information for management and associates about changes
– Keep contact with all level of the associates, provide them direct information in individual cases

Qualifications needed:
– BSc / MSc degree in Human Resources or related field (e.g.: psychology, economics, sociology, law)
– 2-3 years experiences in HR generalist position (preferably in multinational environment)
– Fluent business English (verbal and written), German language knowledge is an advantage
– Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, SAP)
– Professional labor law knowledge
– Self-confidence & self-awareness, business awareness
– Excellent facilitation, coaching, international consulting, presentation and communication skills, cross-cultural sensitivity
