For our multinational client who provides various IT services, we are looking for new candidates for a Sourcing Professional (French speaking) position.

What you’ll be doing:

– Support the development and execution of sourcing plan and activities, through planning and execution of RFx and bid support
– Defines projects / categories / goods or services in scope for low cost location sourcing (ASEAN etc), understands the market
– Build and maintain category expertise, apply best practices around sourcing approach, supplier selection, total cost of ownership and negotiation tactics
– Assist in setting the strategy and capability for assisted sourcing and / or best cost location sourcing, and develop the processes, templates, governance and framework for executing eAuction and other RFx processes (e.g. 3 bids and a buy)
– Execute sourcing events, manage contracting, manage the cadence and pipeline for RFx activities and ensure appropriate support
– Research low cost location markets to understand current suppliers, pricing models, strategies to drive down pricing
– Support business requirement triage and alignment
– Maintain good work relationship with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure continuous alignment and buy in

– Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences is an advantage
– Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
– Strengths and abilities that help to oversee processes and guide people toward the achievement of goals is an advantage
– Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution is an advantage

Professional skills:

– 4-6 years experience as a buyer within the Procurement sourcing function, with strong strategic and tactical procurement skills, and the ability to lead, and deliver value
– Great experiences in sourcing execution, able to take strategy and initiatives from design to implementation
– Specific experience in assisted sourcing process lifecycle including, capabilities in conducting tactical and strategic sourcing activities, with prior experience working within a Procurement Excellence Hub is an advantage
– Good knowledge around corporate regulation and legislation implications is an advantage
– Effective relationship management skills & ability to influence decision making with senior stakeholders within a matrixed environment is an advantage

Language skills:

– English on a fluent level
– French on a fluent level
– Italian on a conversational level is an advantage
– Any European language on a level is an advantage
