Our multinational client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services for which we look for new candidates to French Speaking International Business Support Team Leader position.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the needs of our customers and lead country accounts teams
• Enhancing the customer experience when working with the International Business Support Team
• Planning and distributing workload appropriately to ensure that business / customer needs & deadlines are met
• Resolving customer escalations / queries in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
• Effective management and leadership of a team including motivation, development and coaching
• Operational resource planning, including search and selection of new team members
• Identifying training requirements that supports the team’s development and growth
• Holding regular team and 1-2-1 meetings
• Collaborating with key business functions to ensure the International Business Support team meet the growing customer requirements
• Suggesting and participating in continuous improvement and optimisation projects across the Group team to deliver operational efficiencies that enhance the customer experience.
• Supporting the drive towards the use of group-wide processes and tools across International Business Support

We are looking for you if

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service role in an operational delivery environment
• At least 1 year experience in a people management role
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & French
• Experience of managing with a measured approach and able to deal with high pressure situations in a calm and objective manner
• Ability to effectively handle customer escalations in a timely manner
• Ability to lead, inspire and coach team members to support their personal development
• Ability to appreciate and navigate the challenges of cultural differences
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the gravitas to engage confidently with senior managers across the CC business
• Ability to taking ownership and accountability for effective decisions making
• A continuous improvement mind-set with the ability to identify and suggest process improvement programs
• Good understanding of the IT industry and the sales transactional lifecycle of B2B technology sourcing and supply for IT hardware, software, and services
