Administrative Assistant (SZJ-10955)
Main tasks:
• Organize and coordinate logistics for training activities and events, provide administrative assistance;
• Prepare documentation of training activities based on approved process and templates;
• Carry out analytical and reporting tasks, support statistics and calendar management;
• Liaise with internal and external partners;
• Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Education: Secondary, post-secondary
• Work experience: Minimum 3 years
Knowledge and Skills:
• Ability to plan own work, manage priorities, work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines;
• Ability and readiness to get trained on the use of online meeting tools;
• Very good attention to details;
• Proactive attitude and ability to identify problems at an early stage and propose preventive measures;
• Positive attitude, flexibility and solution orientation;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Very good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect diversity
Advantageous:
• Experience in working in international teams and in an international context
• Experience in providing residential, online or blended learning training
• Experience in research and analysis.
Computer skills required:
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Very good command of both written and spoken ENGLISH (B2 and above)
What we offer:
• Fixed term contract
• Expected starting date and duration: 16 May 2022 – 30 September 2022, with the possibility of extension
