German/ English Speaker Service Desk (PE-10536)
As 1st Line Customer Support Technician (English + German), you will be in charge of:
• Handling queries from internal and external customers
• Owning, driving, communicating, updating and proactively representing the company in all domains of activities
• Manage supplier activities (e.g. really driving/escalating 3rd party agents to dispatch and repair faults to meet our service level agreements)
• Provide process improvement input wherever possible
• May do proactive jeopardy management
Please note that this role requires the colleagues to work in shifts.
