We are looking for qualified professionals to IT Backoffice Applications Support Senior Specialist role to our health-care related partner.

Key responsibilities:

Provides the necessary know-how to identify, implement and maintain the Group IT Backoffice Application Support Services. In-scope areas for the role are ERP, PO System, Budgeting / Forecasting SW, Microsoft Office products.
Works closely with other Support Services team members and business stakeholders to secure and optimize the delivery of Backoffice Applications Support Services in line with SLAs agreed with IT DEMAND/Head of IT Support Services.

Key tasks:

Supports internal users at all levels in the business and provides outstanding customer service
Properly distributes support cases to other Support Team members or 3rd parties
Resolves 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support tickets as required by Backoffice Application Support Services within Incident, Service Request, and Change Management processes
Manages Microsoft SQL Server 2008-2016 and performs other systems administration and development (SAP Crystal Reports Server, PowerBI, SSRS, EPICOR iScala, iValue Buyer)
Solves advanced problems using MSSQL
Supports systems implementation process and data migration, systems testing, and upgrades
Provides SharePoint support
Maintains corporate applications configuration
Prepares summary/trend reports about all system-related issues for decision making
Proposes continuous improvement actions. Identifies synergies and potential overlaps for efficiency improvement
Participates in IT application team’s projects
Prepares system design documentation and user manuals as required
Organizes and performs user training as needed
The Backoffice Applications Support Senior Specialist reports to the Backoffice Application Support Team Leader.
The company has a hybrid workplace policy, allowing employees the flexibility to work on-site and remotely part of the week.

Job requirements:

IT-related BSc/MSc
ITIL certification
Experience with MS SQL 2008201220142016, MySQL databases management
Min 5 years experience in IT Support or development area
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (MS SQL Analysis Services, OLAP cubes)
Min 3 years experience in IT systems implementation and project management
Experience in database management and reporting tools knowledge
Experience using Microsoft Office products
Experience with business intelligence/corporate application tools
Experience in building and maintaining the interface between different systems (ERP vs PO system)
Good knowledge and experience of any reporting tool (Crystal, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Fluent English
Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
Ability to use IT skills in the financial environment; familiarity with basics of accounting, understanding of main accounting principles, ledgers
Good Interpersonal skills
Good analytical, problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail, testing, and documentation
Ability to maintain good working relationships with third-party service providers and vendors
Ability to work in a volatile environment and under stress
Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset
A strong feeling of ownership
Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously
