SAP HCM consultant (BM-11062)
What will you do:
– Responsibility for the operation of our HR-modules in SAP ERP
– Monitoring HR master data flow between all linked SAP EPR systems
– Approve or reject process related change requests and communicate decisions to his respective organizations, member of the Change Advisory Boards
– Decide on content of functional release packages with relation to HR-modules
– Define IT-supported business processes in their respective area of responsibility
– Maintain adequate business process and technical documentation
– Operate and maintain the interfaces from and to the HR-modules
Requirements:
– Academic degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or similar
– A minimum of four years of relevant work experience
– Proven track record of successful implementation and management of SAP HCM and its customizing is required
– Practical experience of one or more SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central is beneficial
– Practical experience of SAP HCM modules payroll and time management is beneficial
– Highly engaged, team oriented, ability to communicate openly with business stakeholders
– Excellent English skills
– Excellent German skills is an advantage
