EMEA User Experience Specialist (PE-10777)

The specialists will be responsible for the delivery of a compelling digital customer experience for a number of key personas. The role will work in close collaboration with colleagues in central, division and field marketing to design and implement digital interactions across multiple channels (web, email, automated nurture, blogs, social and other communications) that drive increased awareness, consideration and demand for company’s offer. The role will make use of the analytics to develop testing methodologies which ensure continuous improvement of the delivered customer experience.
